I have been working in this role for over 12 years, and I have gained extensive knowledge and experience in the insurance domain, as well as in IT and customer experience.I have a MS in Public Administration from Tarbiat Modares University, where I also worked as a Research Assistant for two years. I have a BS in Pure Mathematics from Hakim Sabzevari University, and I also have a year of experience as an accountant and two years for teaching math to high school students. My academic and professional background has equipped me with strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, as well as performance motivation and relationship development abilities.
