Current-Conducted thorough assessments of associates at Occupational Health Centres.-Documented comprehensive medical histories, including vital signs (Pulse Rate, RR, BP, RBS, Weight, Height), complaints (nature, onset, associated symptoms), personal, family, and drug allergy history.-Identified and promptly addressed communicable or emergency medical conditions, consulting with medical officers as needed.-Facilitated referrals to specialized doctors when required, while ensuring timely communication with the HR department.-Managed observation and admission of patients as necessary.-Collaborated with paramedical staff to validate OHC data and checklists on a monthly basis.-Assisted in complex cases, consulting with doctors for further evaluation and prescribing suitable medications for symptomatic relief.-Recognized and documented cases of occupational hazards or injuries resulting from office activities or environments.
