Recently, I became the Executive Manager for Software Support for the DANA Knowledge Management software.In my role, I am responsible for:Implementing and deploying knowledge management systems in various organizations.Providing comprehensive training and support to clients.Managing customer relationships and addressing their concerns.Identifying and resolving software issues, collaborating with developers to ensure continuous improvement.My technical skills include:Expertise in knowledge management system implementation.Proficiency in DANA's Knowledge Management software and its modules.Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project to enhance my workflow.In my current role, I also lead customer care and manage the entire software support process, including training, troubleshooting, and ongoing client engagement.
