>Program Description: Treatment for development delays in early childhood (0-3 years) involves early stimulation activities prescribed by physical therapists that need to be performed daily in order to facilitate optimal outcomes. The BLESS: BraziLian Early Stimulation System is a mobile program that provides clinical decision support to health professionals while empowering and educating families to perform early stimulation activities at home.>Duties: As acting consultant, I worked with the BLESS team to determine the necessary steps and resources for implementing a successful pilot study. This included determining necessary resources and how to get them, setting a detailed time line, and steps to minimize negative impact on existing workflows. I also helped develop feedback surveys for participants.
