Supply included:1) R & D on strategic plan and presenting a suitable plan for the company;2) R & D on competencies;3) Contributing to the elaboration and completion of Competency-based Matrix;4) R & D on HR procedures including recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee performance assessment and implementing the procedures;5) Contribution to preparing various policies and guides such as Competency-based Matrix Policy, Off-boarding Policy, Disciplinary Policy, and Training and Development Policy;6) Familiarization with important HR metrics (such as eNPS and EVP);7) Working on the organizational chart in Microsoft Visio and updating it;8) Participating in University of Tehran job fair 2023;9) R & D on famous job grading models.
