Responsibilities :- Technical Sales: Actively support the Business Development Team involving complex technical requirements in the area of Laboratory Equipment(GC/GCMS,HPLC/LCMS,ICP,UV-Vis, FTIR, XRF, Petroleum Products Test Instruments,...),serving as the lead “Technical Support” resource in customer relationships. Functions as the point of contact in technical questions between Behin Paya Tajhiz and the customer. - Market Problems: determination of business problems in the target market - Market research and market analysis(Pharmaceutical/Medical/Oil and Gas Industries) - Preparing Business Plans and Business Model for new activities - Prepares project quotations for technical, cost and time. Classifies product by use, environment and function. Determines applicable requirements / test / standards. - Perform and lead customer segmentation analysis: assessment of the customer profile within the responsible region by industry, size, application focus, and solution requirements. - Identify and establish our distinctive competence based on detailed analysis of the Strengths and Weaknesses of the major competitors together with an analysis of the Opportunities and Threats. - Formulate business plans and drive a portfolio of Business Programs including Instruments, Software, and services. - Lead and maintain the relationship with partners for the development of a consistent growth portfolio. - Lead/Manage Core Teams for Program Development: R&D, Product Management, Sales, After Sales Service. - Assess customer profiles within the relevant program by industry, size, application focus, and solution requirements. - Lead the price mapping and price realization strategies for the product, service, consumables, and accessories. - Effectively map the competitive landscape and develop competitive strategies -Responds promptly to all inquiries and visits with clients as necessary to present technical information

Responsibilities :-Assist instrument installation testing and any needed activity linked to specific application tests -Develop sales professionals’ skills for simple demos and independent selling. Promote technical updates and knowledge sharing with sales and service departments -Provide post sales application support and training -Deliver product training in the areas of Chromatography(GC/GCMS,LC/LCMS), Spectroscopy (ICP,AA,UV-Vis,FTIR, XRF) and Petroleum Quality Control Instruments,analysis and sample preparation techniques to support customers in understanding of Instruments applications -Perform sample analysis and method development on customer samples -Presenting the analysis methods and solutions via workshops, webinar, online meeting or in person -Attend regional and national meetings presenting new applications. -Collaborate with product management, marketing and after sales service departments

Responsibilities : - Test quality of materials and finishes products. - Perform laboratory experiments, measurements and product characterization and evaluate results. - Ensure that the products meet acceptable quality. - Compile and analyze test information in to determine process. - Maintain laboratory instrument to ensure proper worker order and trouble shoot malfunctions when needed. - Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with standard and specifications. -Analysis and control of Electroplating Bath of customers in order to maintain the recommended bath formulation and to preempt the occurrence of problems related to improper levels of bath constituents
