Over five years, I successfully implemented the Agile project management system, particularly the Scrum framework, in an advertising agency. Before this, I served as a Scrum Master in a software company. With a background in managing diverse content production teams in various advertising agencies, I've overseen numerous advertising campaigns across social media channels. My experience includes employing new tools for project management and demonstrating innovative approaches in strategic planning, market research, and campaign execution for over twenty brands spanning the food, fashion, technology, and industrial sectors.
