With over 18 years of experience in enterprise risk management, processes and controls, business process improvement, transformations and optimization, HR and management consulting and business continuity planning, I am a seasoned and versatile professional who can integrate governance, risk, and compliance across different domains and industries.As the Head of Risk and Controls at Engro Enfrashare, I drive the GRC (governance, risk/controls) function, review, develop, and manage the company policies and procedures in the light of process risks and mitigating controls, implement mitigating controls, have developed the ERM (enterprise risk management) framework and periodically monitor the risk register. I also help with process optimizations and transformations for time and finances, and support change management initiatives. My goal is to align the risk and controls function with the strategic vision and objectives of the organization and to foster a risk-aware culture of excellence and integrity.
