Maintain regular and consistent records Review store environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement in order to provide coaching and direction to the shift team to achieve operational goals. Communicate ideas to the store manager for broader areas of improvementSupport store manager in implementing company programs by working directly with shift teamUtilize and provide direction to partners during their shift on the use of operational tools to achieve operational excellence.

Processing of accounting records for clients. Processing of supplier invoices, issuing sales invoices and reconciling balances Assisting with the processing of invoicing, timesheet handling & payroll processing for recruitment agency clients Preparation of accounting reconciliations and trial balances Bank reconciliations Arranging bacs payments Preparation of various reports on behalf of clientsDealing with phone queries and liaising with clients and suppliers Various office and administrative tasks as requiredOther ad-hoc finance related duties
