1- Provide technical support for HQ departments, Field and Terminal Operations in identifying and rectifying problems related to civil facilities, buildings and installations. Includes investigating and identifying requirements, preparing necessary engineering designs/specifications to build/modify/replace buildings, structures and/or facilities. 2- Recommend selection of materials and fixtures including investigation of supplies and participating in related tender preparation and bid analysis, as required.3- Participate in the detailed evaluation, technical and/or safety audits of various critical facilities and structures, to identify deficiencies or hazards and recommend remedial solutions.4- Conduct feasibility studies for projects involving civil facilities and structures, as assigned by Supervisor. Includes preparing economic comparisons of alternative schemes, preparing preliminary cost estimates and assisting consultants, contractors and/or other concerned senior Company personnel in scoping, defining, and planning such projects.5- Prepare conceptual and detailed civil engineering designs and specifications for in house designed projects. Includes preparing bill of quantity, cost estimates and performing related engineering calculation. 6- Participate in identification, definition, evaluation and validation of modifications /upgrading requests involving existing civil facilities and structures. Recommends appropriate solutions and/or acceptance or rejection of proposed changes, as necessary. 7- Liaises with engineering consultants during basic and detailed design phase of major projects. Supervises the consultants work, reviews and endorses, drawings, specifications and other related documents and acts as the Company representative when assigned to consultant

1- Daily Follow-up for the progress of works, to identify any problems & possible reasons for delays & trying to solve them ahead of time which allowed mitigating delays in works. 2- Coordination for all operations for Post Tension scope in the project & insuring that our operations are in line with the project schedule & timeframe 3- Regular site visits to insure that installation of PT System is being done as per the design drawings & within the required time frame 4- Attending meeting to discuss design & site issues with the engineer (consultant) & local authorities to obtain necessary approvals 5- Review the Design drawings, contract specifications, technical documents with the consultants & making sure that our materials & installation procedures are as per project requirements 6- Checking Shop drawings for all post tension elements & the production of the design models before submittal to the consultant for approval. 7- Coordination between Site engineers, design office, main contractor & consultants.

1- Structural design for all post tension elements & the production of the design models 2- Supervise & review CAD works & design drawings 3- Verifying design output from design software by performing manual design checks4- Validating the design outcomes with references in the design code (ACI 318 or BS8110)5- Coordination with site engineers for the optimum implementation of the design & discuss the main issues to resolve 6- Obtain necessary approvals from local authorities & consultants through technical meetings & workshops. 7- Verify the compatibility of the materials used in the design with the project specifications and site implementation8- Preparation of elongation records by calculating theoretical elongations & comparing it to actual elongations measured from the site.9- Preparation of technical submittals such as method statements, material submittals, design drawings & shop drawings
