Direct supervision of hydration unit and mountain mover. Acting supervisor for mobilizing and checking safety while performing frac jobs on locationResponsible for holding HSE drills and getting stop cards filled from crew members.

Installing sensors on rig floor, mud tanks and draw works. Prepare mud logs and monitor drilling, casing and cementing operations. Perform the collection of cutting samples, from the proper lagged depths and at the proper intervals as required for evaluation. Wash and screen samples, divide them into correct portions, and pack them by sets for the client. Identifying lithologies and carry out suitable interpretations. Report changes and anomalies in the cutting samples or in the drilling parameters. Understanding and taking active part in various ongoing operations on rig site like drilling, casing and cementing.

Performed all the work related to creation, maintenance and enhancement of geographical database. Worked on Cartopia software for digitisation of TomTom maps.

Assisted in rigging up and down of Frac / Acid service line equipment, perform maintenance on Frac equipment’s such as Pumps, Blenders and ADP. Operate on high pressure surface lines such as switching valves during Job and keeping keen watch on leaks on iron joints and well head.
