Complete design and development of interior and exterior panels & sheetmetal parts of Avenio.• Development of Class A Surface to engineering surface.• To insure that there is no clash, no undercut, no open issues, no deviation from A-surface and use of standard interfaces or templates.• Eliminating defects to meet manufacturing feasibility.• Creating master section for packaging requirements.• To design and develop features keeping in mind the tooling consideration.• Directly interacting with supplier and toolmaker to resolve the tooling issues.• Guiding the CAD team to design the product as per the client requirement.• Creating drafting & detailing for FRP moulds and panels.• To ensure the resulting part fulfils company norms and standard regulations for ex., to maintain 3 mm minimum fillet on CLASS A• Handling the team of size 5 people for overlook the other programs in parallel.• Creating DFMEA for the product on the basis of benchmarks.• Making the Design Reports, sketch, part modelling, assembly, surface design & BOM report of the Avenio.Designing the Roof panel, Soffit panels with Bracketing and assembly.• Optimizing design with respect to design parameters, mold ability, packaging, Gap-Flush required application and other technical, ergonomic or aesthetic requirements and safety norms.• Responsible for designing panel moulds, Whole assembly of Panels, Brackets, Insulation & Steel structure.• Design new Engineering Surfaces for Plastic Parts.• Given support to tooling department for molds manufacturing and pattern making Inspection of patterns with first articles.• Involved in creating production drawing, Shop drawing, Installation drawings for proper installation of
