Previously I worked at FACS Group for 9 years designing databases for managers and Directors of the organization. My responsibilities included the installation of any new software or uploading programs designed for the supervisors, managers, directors and VPs. In addition, to training employees on how to use the computers, I trained the supervisors, managers, and Directors and how to use the different databases and programs that were implemented within the organization from all three centers. I have gained extensive knowledge throughout the years while working for various organizations. My experience includes, MS Access but not limited to Avaya, Mainframe, and call centers.Also have Managerial experience from various organizations such as Wal-Mart, McDonald’s and FACS Groups/Macy’s. In turn, my software knowledge include MS Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Java, HTML, JavaScript, C, C++, DBM, Web I, Web II, RPG I, RPG II, Cobol, Project Manager, SQL, Queries, etc.
