I am an experienced finance executive at SA20 with 18 years of senior financial and investment experience, spanning a diverse range of sectors including property, banking, private equity, food and agriculture and sport and events.As CFO, I help shape the overall strategy and direction of the SA20 League by instilling a financial approach and mindset to the business thereby ultimately improving performance and delivering value to all stakeholders. With a firm foundation of BCom (Honours) focused in Financial Accounting I have developed a highly proficient skill set in financial modelling, treasury, budgeting and financial reporting, processes and controls, investor relations and due diligence related to M&A activities. A seasoned board member, I currently sit on the board of Dipula Income Fund and previously held roles serving as independent non-executive director and chairperson of the audit and risk committee on the board of Liberty Two Degrees Limited, CFO of Investec Property Fund and financial director of SA Corporate Real Estate Fund.I’m passionate about building high performing teams, driving business improvement initiatives, and supporting the advancement of minority groups in the corporate sector.
