I am a natural leader with the ability to work independently and inspire a team. I designed and ran a 2.5 year research project from start to finish. This included designing the experiment, building equipment, planning and managing day-to-day logistics, collaborating with fellow scientists and captains/fishermen, training volunteers, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting results to audiences of up to 150 people.I am an exceptional teammate, adept in fostering relationships and cultivating a team atmosphere. I am easy to get along with and tend to take on the responsibility of keeping team morale high.I am technologically proficient in Excel, R, ArcGIS and have obtained experience with SQL, Python, and Tableau. I am always eager to learn new skills, research techniques, and software packages.
