Current- Took full responsibility of treatment planning for a high-volume orthodontic clinic, by building biomechanically optimized treatment plans for hundreds of patients using advanced orthodontic CAD/CAM softwares. - Received extensive education in a patented orthodontic treatment planning method. - Assessed patient charts to tailor and personalize individual treatment plans. - Evaluated the anteroposterior relationship between the maxilla and mandible for each patient, prescribing the required mechanics to complement the given treatment plan. - Managed patient cases, monitoring their progression, making the necessary adjustments to their treatment plans to ensure the desired results. - Collaborated with orthodontists to correctly identify treatment objectives, incorporating feedback on treatment plans to continuously improve performance. - Handled confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and data privacy standards. - Implemented workflow improvements to streamline operations, reducing material waste and turnaround time. - Supervised and coordinated the entire aligner fabrication process for a high-volume aligner lab, ensuring timely production and adherence to laboratory quality standards. - Managed lab inventory by maintaining stock levels and regularly coordinating orders for materials. - Performed 3D mesh processing, surface reconstruction and artifact removal, to remove unwanted data from intraoral scans. - Leveraged AI algorithms to segment individual teeth and soft tissue to prepare intraoral scans for treatment planning. - Manually adjusted centers of rotation for individual teeth across 3 axes to ensure that digitally simulated movements accurately align with optimal treatment outcomes. - Built trimlines in the form of .PTS files, whereby point data in reference to individual STL files is stored, creating a path for a 5-axis laser trimmer to follow and trim the final aligner.
