I have yet to meet a single person who isn’t utterly brilliant and more than capable of conceiving and achieving their ‘better’. And that’s before we even get round to imagining the impact engaged, empowered, happy, purposeful and valued people might have on business innovation, growth and profits.It’s an audacious vision isn’t it? This wanting something better. Believing in the massive potential of all people including yourself. Deciding to do things differently. And it takes courage to move forward beyond the thinking and wanting and actually do it. And that where I come in.
