• Lead strategic Demand Generation and Sales initiatives in high-value accounts within the Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality sectors.• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for Coforge in key service areas, including AI, Digital, Data & Analytics, Digital Process Automation, Salesforce, Cloud & Infrastructure, Cyber Security, BPS/BPO/CX, and Quality Engineering & Testing.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes, present optimal solutions to customers, and drive account growth.• Manage, train, and coach a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to ensure SLA achievement and maximize performance.• Develop and execute demand generation / inside sales strategies and account management plans to grow existing business.• Utilize AI and data-driven insights for effective lead generation and sales growth.• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and refine sales strategies.• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business expansion and enhance overall sales effectiveness.• Oversee the strategy and execution of digital content initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives to drive engagement, enhance brand presence, and support lead-generation efforts.
