Currently working as a Design & Estimation Engineer in an LV Switchgear company in the UAE. Assigned with task to draft drawings and submittals for the switchgear along with proposing best possible estimates for switchgear work at reasonable price for the customers all over the the UAE.Until 2024, as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer at Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited, I managed electrical maintenance operations in the production department, ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and timely project execution. Successfully implemented preventive maintenance schedules, utilized computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) through IFS to minimized downtime and reduced breakdowns by troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues promptly and effectively.Previously, I had been working in a services company providing MEP and facilities management services at various sites. There I got profound exposure to the industry and worked with the team managing projects. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power Engineering from University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila, where I gained in-depth knowledge of electrical power systems, instruments, controls, and design. I have also completed certifications in Electric Industry Operations and Markets, Electric Power Systems, and Industrial Automation and Controls, enhancing my skills and competencies in these areas. I am also familiar with the new GIS technology and its applications in the electric power sector, as I gained exposure to it during my internship at National Transmission & Dispatch Company (NTDC), Pakistan.Additionally, I have a strong interest in Data Science and have completed a comprehensive course in Data Science with Machine Learning from Techma Zone, where I learned how to analyze, visualize, and model data using various tools and techniques.
