Mr. Nassif began his career as a Corporate Finance professional at Jordinvest, where he worked on bond issuances with a total value exceeding USD 300.0 million for corporate clients. In addition, Mr. Nassif closed numerous transactions in the areas of privatization, M&A, spin-offs and other advisory transactions for medium and large public and private corporations. In March, 2005, he was appointed as the Head of the Corporate Finance department at Amwal Invest PLC with direct responsibility over the execution of the company’s mandates in the region. His flagship transaction was lead-managing the IPO of Tameer Real Estate Development Company PLC (the largest IPO in the country’s history with over USD 1.0 billion in subscriptions).In 2007, Mr. Nassif co-founded Ithmar Invest PSC, acting as its Executive Vice President, supervising the execution of all mandated transactions. He successfully lead-managed bond issuances with a total value exceeding USD 500.0 million, including lead-managing the JD 125.0 million bond issuance of Aqaba Development Corporation (the largest bond issuances in the history of Jordan), PADICO’s USD 85.0 million bond issue (the first bond issuance in Palestine), and Palestine Commercial Bank’s USD 10.0 million convertible bond issue (the first convertible bond issuance in Palestine).In late 2016, Mr. Nassif was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Sanad Capital, an investment banking subsidiary of Jordan Kuwait Bank, which offers a wide range of investment banking and financial advisory services including lead management and placement of securities, equity valuation, corporate restructuring/transformation,  divestitures and spin-offs, fixed-income securities structuring and issuance, family office advisory and restructuring, alongside many other general financial advisory services.
