As a Creative Content Director and Producer, I successfully manage and streamline creative force in all aspects of video production, visualizing and defining the style and structure of the video to create a high-quality product. With strategic leadership and planning skills, I coordinate and oversee casting, script editing, shot composition, selection, and editing to ensure outstanding work performance and results. I work closely with designers in the production of high-end graphic and video elements. I cooperate with Multimedia Content Designer, Brand Strategy and Social teams to direct projects on a conceptual level through design, photography, and video. While working with the Multimedia Content Designer and Social Strategist, we integrate content into communications strategies - paid media, PR, etc. I also work with third-party vendors to produce specialty content assets to achieve project goals.
