Automated Production Line Project Project Leader for GX41 (Proton WAJA) welding assembly automation program. The project is to convert 7 manual modules assembly lines to automated lines by using 16 unit of 6-axis robots, 17 unit of servo guns, 10 unit of stationary spot- welding machines, 22 unit of assembly jigs and 1-unit of auto stud guns. Reduced the manpower requirement by 50%, eliminated the production defects on product by implementing a mistake proof system and generated an operation cost saving through the system efficiency and reduction in utilities consumption. The project has increased the plant automation level from 38% to 47%.Medium “C” Press Line Project Proposed a workable solution to the Management Committee in enhancing stamping production capacity by installing four (4) unit mechanical tandem press machines. Conducted an equipment study to formulate the tandem press machine’s specifications for 800ton, 500ton, and 400ton mechanical type press machines for RFQ activity.Medium “B” Press Automation Project  Performed as Project Engineer for Medium “B” Press Line Automation program. The task was to convert the existing process of manual loading and unloading to automation by installing an inter-press robot handling system, utilizing five (5) units of ABB IRB6400R material handling robots, centering table system and de-stacker table. Successfully delivered an automate medium press line process by conducting a feasibility study, identifying part selection, preparing and confirming system technical specifications, performing robot teaching and programming through ABB RAPID Programming Language, conducted equipment buy-off at ABB Korea, monitored the installation and commissioning of the robotics system. Implemented the inter-press robot system enabled the company to reduce manpower requirement from 16 to 6 persons (62.5 % reduction) and increase the productivity from 431 unit / hr. to 500 unit/hr (16% increase in output).
