• Considering the ELD (Electronic Logging Devices) as the back-bone of the US trucking Industry, my role is to sell, market and maintain accounts of the customers• Responsible for maintaining/retaining accounts/Leads (B2B, B2C)• Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring a close interaction and to keep a trustworthy relation• Give Demos about KeepTruckin software to prospective fleet managers, Dispatchers and the CEOs• Educating Fleet Managers about the HOS rules governed by the FMCSA and to integrate our software and hardware products with their business• Implement new strategies to improve our sales process• Make sure to send out the right massage to customer about KeepTruckin’s Core Values and how it would benefit their business process• Achieve Monthly Targets defined• Keep the customer’s account up-to-date with relevant details.• Periodic follow-ups with the customers to bring in their feedback and response against our products
