I strive to become a better developer day by day by experiencing new things.I have experience in both the textile (IT) sector and software houses. Currently, considering the situation in our country, the textile industry is reaping the most benefits in terms of money. Working in the textile industry can be hectic due to continuous support on issues at any time. However, it offers the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, understand how machinery and business processes work, ERP, and dealings to enhance your skills.In contrast, software houses can be challenging environments. Passionate learners often face heavy workloads, which can sometimes be repetitive and limit new learning opportunities. Completing tasks early often results in immediate new assignments, making it difficult to learn something new. However, software houses can offer valuable learning experiences through new projects, enabling growth through hands-on experience.Currently, I feel I am far behind, and that drives me to keep learning new things. I am currently learning Rust, as the market is saturated with full-stack developers using technologies like React. It's important to stand out and be different.I believe the word "learning" is often misused. When I hear it, it feels like a way for others to offload their tasks onto you under the guise of learning, allowing them to be free of the burden while you take on the work. But who knows maybe I'm wrong because if we don't work hard how would we learn and how our value will be increased?To me, learning is an emotion that brings joy, and this joy can also come from a person you consider a "leader."
