As the Program Manager for the PITB e-FOAS initiative, I have many duties to ensure project success. One of my main duties is to help field staff and the Head Office communicate to streamline project services. This requires thorough tracking and monitoring of project outputs and financial targets to meet budget and deadlines. My frequent field visits allow me to oversee program implementation and ensure compliance with rules and objectives. As partner institution liaison, I build strong ties that promote collaboration and synergy. At numerous meetings and events, I represent the e-FOAS team and promote our goals to diverse stakeholders. My job requires rigorous report creation, reviewing, and editing to provide program directors with high-quality status reports. I also work well with relevant departments to provide correct policy and regulation information for field operations. My duties include comparing project costs to budgets and finding ways to improve. This requires coordinating billing and assessing work plans for irregularities and resolving them quickly to maintain project integrity. I also help build programs by preparing proposals for expansion and improvement. I also provide extensive administrative department training on eFOAS to boost efficiency and effectiveness. Government officials, partners, and recipients must be engaged. I push for program improvement through strong relationships and feedback. Finally, I help secure program funds by preparing proposals, reporting donors, and creating partnerships.
