- Analysing data inventory levels, transportation costs, and ensuring material needs are fulfilled.- Analysing Vendor performance, profiling and negotiating pricing, terms and conditions.- Improving processes and implementing strategies to optimize supply chain performance such as, reducing costs, multiple vendor availability, and improving efficiency for overall operations.- Monitoring stock levels and making demand analyses, to assure adequate supply.- Maintaining inbound and outbound warehousing storage, standards, and quality.- Vendor research, vendor profiling, and market analysis to manage risks.- Ensuring logistics facilities for purchasing and deliveries.- Coordinating with other departments such as purchase, production, finance and sales for smooth supply chain process.- Monitoring and analyzing Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as On-Time Delivery, Inventory Turnover, and Perfect Order Rate.
