Major Roles and Responsibilities: *Maintaining employee file and records including: Warning, appreciations, promotions, transfers and other documents* Collaborating with Finance Department to enroll the employees into EOBI system.* Internal Hiring- Conducting interviews, tests and their joining process.* Creating HR function processes and defining them in Policy Manual.* General HR Forms Designing.* Medical/ Life Insurance data enrolling and maintaining.* Conducting Yearly Performance Appraisals & Confirmation Process after probationary period.* Handling of grievances of employees as an HR-Business Partner.* Timesheets/ Attendance & Leave data Management.* Payroll Management.* End of Employment Process/ Clearance.* Conducting Refresher Trainings for Field Managers as a Lead Trainer.* Conducting field visits as a Human Resource Business Partner, getting feedback, and coming up with solutions, making field visit reports and communicating about them to upper management.* Planning and executing engagement activities within the company.
