Established and led large collaboration with a diagnostic startup, leading to discovery of a biomarker that can predict response to two cancer drugs, which is now being commercialized. Managed all biomarker research studies and collaborations for prostate cancer, resulting in four publications presented at leading industry conferences. Led cross-functional research project teams of physicians, nurses, research associates, lab technicians, and academic partners to improve research operations.

Designed and executed seven clinical research studies with three distinct research teams, each resulting in publication of research findings.
