• Leading the management of custom sites within the company's internal directory ensuring alignment with user.• Spearheading the development of custom solutions and integrations between existing tools including TOSCA, Signavio, Smartsheets, Box, Airtable, ClauseMatch, DocuSign, Miro, Aha, My Apps and M365 applications.• Managing the migration of all internal sites to SharePoint Online, ensuring a smooth transition while preserving data integrity and user access.• Optimizing the use of business tools and applications to align with evolving organizational needs and industry trends.• Implementing and enforcing data security and compliance measures across all managed applications.• Developing comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to empower employees with the knowledge and skills needed to utilize digital tools effectively.• Proactively identifying areas for improvement in processes, tools, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.• Working closely with AIM to make sure all access and identify related files or document are up to date.• Uploading the User list for each apps into the Security platform that manages platform access• Manage User access to all the platforms.
