I am a development expert with over five years of experience in managing and implementing projects related to malaria and HPV vaccine introduction in Nigeria. I have a Master's degree in Gender, Environment and Development from Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto, where I learned how to analyze the complex interactions between social, economic, and environmental factors that affect development outcomes and gender equality.As a State Analyst Consultant at Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc., I supported the state government and partners in planning, coordinating, and monitoring the HPV vaccine introduction in Kebbi state. I conducted data analysis, report writing, and budget monitoring, and facilitated stakeholder meetings and trainings. As a Cluster Supervisor at Malaria Consortium, I led a team of field officers in coordinating and delivering the Seasonal Malaria Chemo-prevention (SMC) project in Sokoto state. I also ensured quality assurance, data management, and timely reporting of the project activities and results. I am passionate about improving the health and well-being of marginalized and vulnerable populations, especially women and children, through evidence-based and participatory approaches. I am looking for a new role that will allow me to apply my skills and knowledge in the development sector and contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
