I am a fresh Bachelor of Information Technology graduate. I majored in software development and built up additional skills, to accompany my programming foundation, like business analysis, database management and project management.I have been passionate about my academics and have graduated with distinction. During my final project, I acted as a team lead and project manager. The payroll software we designed was awarded a high distinction for me and my team.Besides academics, I also contributed my time as a volunteer in various international education platforms. In the past year I served as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of the Council of International Students Australia (CISA). I also participated in other leadership activities in my university where I held positions of President, Vice President and education head in the Student Representative Council (SRC). I am also the current Vice President of the International Student Association at Charles Sturt University (CSU). Additionally, I was also made a student ambassador for CSU and worked in a part time student mentor position (STEP) for two years.In my pass time I have dabbled in digital art and design and have contributed to many graphics for CISA’s media page. I was also hired as the official graphics designer for the 2019 National CISA Conference held in Perth and created content for their media releases.My colleagues know me as a highly creative individual and an individual that appreciates tangible and substantial production rather than delaying the work. I am recognized as someone who can always be trusted to come up with an alternative approach to a project idea. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others.
