As the youngest member of the Strategic Delivery Unit, Zainab brings fresh perspective and dynamic energy to a team composed of four other experts with diverse skillsets in finance, economics, and engineering. She is also part of the Brooklyn-based ensemble Sandaraa- Revamped brand strategy tailoring it to the to musician’s niche, increasing engagement on social media platforms by over 20%- Developed and executed strategic collaborations with a range of stakeholders including international influencers, educational institutions and artists, expanding the musician’s network and reach- Managed all communications for events, meetings and collaborations, including the creation of press releases, memos and outreach materials- Played a pivotal role as an assistant director for three music videos, collaborating with both local and international artists, contributing to the successful creation and promotion of these visual works- Innovatively conceived and launched the 'Urayi Ja' online concerts program during the COVID-19 pandemic, driving increased engagement and fostering a sense of connection within the musician's audience

Driven by a passion for healthcare equity, Zainab leveraged her analytical skills to address Pakistan’s alarming infant mortality rates. Drawing inspiration from Finland’s exemplary neonatal and maternal healthcare model, she co-founded a groundbreaking non-profit in Rawalpindi. Her initiative, the first of its kind in Pakistan, provided free neonatal healthcare boxes and empowered low-income families with vital knowledge about infant and maternal care.- Successfully secured over $2,000 in funds through effective social media marketing campaigns and donor outreach efforts- Demonstrated strong negotiation skills by securing lower costs from wholesale sellers for essential neonatal healthcare items, optimizing resource allocation- Mobilized and led a dedicated team of volunteers to hand-package more than 300 healthcare boxes, which were distributed to two underfunded hospitals, significantly improving neonatal care- Collaborated with pediatricians to develop informative pamphlets on infant and maternal care in Urdu, providing essential guidance and support to new mothers, further enhancing the impact of the healthcare initiative
