Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Answering enquires concerning standards on all levels (Jordanian, national and international Standards).• Follow up the financial and managerial issues related to agreements with the different Standardization Institutions.• Preparing periodic and annual reports for the Knowledge management Department.• Participating in the follow up of quality system in the department.• Participating in establishing, maintaining, auditing, and improving department’s quality management system.• Follow up the Jordanian data base of standards and technical regulations.• Performing necessary work related to WTO/TBT notifications and documents management.• Internal auditor for JSMO's quality management system.• Internal auditor for the quality management system of the Accreditation unit in JSMO according to ISO/IEC 17011.• Participation in fulfilling the requirements of "king Abdullah II award for Excellence in Government Performance and Transparency.• Member in the team of building standards management database according to ISO net manual.• Counterpart in the twining project carried out between JSMO and similar institutions in Germany (2005 – 2007), as the project manager assistant. • Counterpart in the twining project carried out between JSMO and similar institutions in Germany and Slovenia (2011 – 2013), as the component 4 counterpart ( Information Center and Technical help for the economic operators). • Trainer for the Knowledge Management concept and system.• Trainer for the European Economic system and legislations in the following sectors: Low voltage equipments, toys, and gas appliances.• Specialist in dealing with customers and fulfilling their requirements in a scientific method.
