Driven by a blend of curiosity, commitment, and a vision for the future of food technology, I'm a Food Technologist passionate about creating innovative, high-quality food products that prioritize safety, health, and taste. My journey began with a drive to understand the science behind what we eat, leading me to a degree in Food Science and Technology from Government College Women University in Faisalabad. Along the way, I gained hands-on experience across multiple internships, from conducting detailed adulteration and microbial tests at the Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR) to developing quality standards at MD Food Consultants. Each role deepened my expertise and solidified my commitment to excellence in food safety and product development. Most recently, as a Career Prep Fellow at Amal Academy, I was selected from over 4,500 applicants to participate in this Stanford-funded program. This fellowship has been a game-changer, enhancing my skills in leadership, collaboration, and critical thinking while preparing me to make a real impact in the industry. Working alongside other driven individuals has taught me the value of resilience and adaptability, qualities I’m excited to bring into every project I take on.With certifications in HACCP and Sensory Evaluation of Food Products, I am equipped to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure that every product meets the highest safety standards. I am particularly interested in sustainable solutions in food technology and the potential to create products that are as beneficial for consumers as they are for the planet.I love connecting with new people, so feel free to reach out to me at: zainabbatool823@gmail.com.
