Team Lead Hr Systems & OdWi-Tribe Pakistan Oct 2008 - Dec 2010I was part of the start-up team which established HR as a strong function at wi-tribe. As Team Lead HR & OD, I was responsible for most of the first time HR initiatives which enabled me understanding organization’s requirements from HR and providing solutions as a start-up team. Achievements:1- Implemented organizational restructuring after acquisition of Burraq telecom by wi-tribe and managed re-designations, changes in hierarchy and implemented new compensation structure2- Developed first HR Policy Manual for wi-tribe Pakistan which was approved by the Board.3- Organized and coordinated Global Employee Engagement Survey through Hay Group in 2009 with 82% (highest in the group) participation and devised action plans against survey results. 4- Supported the organization’s strategy to go paperless, by successfully implementing Oracle HRMS within project timelines. I remained involved throughout the evaluation and selection process of HRMS systems. 5- Initiated first wi-tribe performance appraisal in January 2009 which was derived from Q-tel appraisal strategy. Designed a completely paperless/online performance appraisal system which was used for documenting 2009 performance appraisal. 6- Development of first HR budget for the launch year and ensured that overall payroll cost remains under control through carefully planned recruitment plan. 7- Organize and coordinate all training initiatives. 8- With a change in management I was given additional responsibility of managing recruitment, payroll and HR operations in addition to OD. My contributions, apart from the above mentioned responsibilities during that period were ; Maintaining HR database, Monitor Payroll and other company incentives including monthly performance rewards, commissions and high achiever awards, also keep track of outsourced employee salary and benefit, Managed, monitored HR operational activities. -
