Conducted an evaluation of the London and Middlesex Local Immigration Partnership (LMLIP) Project to support the research priorities of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and the City of London's Anti-Racism and Anti-Oppression Division. The evaluation focused on improving settlement service delivery and funding in the London-Middlesex region.

Conducting evidence-based research in support of Pathways to Prosperity's research priorities around fostering welcoming communities that promote the economic, social and civic integration of migrants and minorities. This includes:•Creating and implementing a comprehensive coding scheme on primary data, enabling efficient data analysis and interpretation for surveys and other research projects.•Coding and cleaning research data, drawing statistical inferences to support evidence-based claims on community attitudes towards immigrants.•Developing informational videos and data briefs to facilitate knowledge translation efficiently and in plain language across academic and non-academic audiences.•Supporting administrative tasks for the “Pathways to Prosperity Conference”, which involve coordinating event procurement, organizing conference applications, and engaging with key stakeholders from universities and newcomer settlement agencies.

Provided research support for various projects that promote Ontario's manufacturing capabilities to a wider audience. This included:• Extracting and processing governmental data on Ontario’s manufacturing industry, ensuring accurate information for economic research and analysis.• Authoring engaging briefs on the Ontario manufacturing industry’s regional competitiveness for the organization’s website, translating complex data findings into plain language and visuals.• Assisting with background research for an economic impact model comparing the Canadian and global aerospace industry for presentations to the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development.

Optimized both human resources and operational strategies for a company specializing in selling employee productivity tools. This included:• Conducting competitor research on usability and design of an employee productivity tool, synthesizing results, and creating reports for the product development team.• Initiating and leading collaborative efforts to optimize working environment and enhance productivity through employee feedback-driven improvements in task tracking and deliverable management.• Expanding product functionality through operational research, data collection, and metrics development.

Assisted with planning and execution of the Children's Literature Festival, a social development initiative to further children's education. This included:• Overseeing administrative activities and logistics of the Children’s Literature Festival, a key social development initiative to promote the education of underprivileged schoolchildren.• Producing reports in collaboration with project partners like the British Council and Oxford University Press, summarizing key highlights and outcomes following successful events.• Creating and facilitating educational workshops on cybercrime and cyberbullying tailored for underprivileged youth, focusing on essential life skills and empowerment.
