- Conducted strategic forecasting for budgeting and forecasting of the entire portfolio worth over $2m and facilitating business liquidity through credit line partnerships with the likes of InvoiceMate, HBL and Karandaaz.- Cracked supplier credit of over $40k for Polymers along with achieving GM2's of over 4.5% with informed margin calls through data analysis to solve for working capital cycle and achieving reduced WCC’s from 8.3 days to 6.1 days.- Building commercial strategies to stabilize margins such as White-Listing, Sole Distribution Partnerships and Import oriented procurement by onboarding indenters.- Guided the commercials team to acquire another 11 Spinning Mills on 30-45 credit days for running SKU’s resulting in a liquidity free business flow and achieving strategic alignment with suppliers.- Analyzing costs incurred in the business for logistics and warehousing and rationalizing them through creating an optimized transport network resulting in cost reductions from 1.9% blended to 1.1% in 4 months.- Leading the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and closing in accordance with IFRS standards.- Planning and heading Promo and Marketing Campaigns worth $85k with the help of the Marketing Team to penetrate untapped market players and creating prominence in the Textile, Polymers and Iron industries.

- Built a price predictability model using historic data and macroeconomic indicators to assist margin calls for the commercials team along with an inventory optimization system to ensure inventory ageing is curtailed.- Assisted the Textile commercials portfolio from $400k to $1.5m in 4 months achieving hyper growth of over 225% followed by an average growth rate of 18% month on month by amplifying lagging KPI’s and guided the category to EBITDA profitability within 6 months of taking over with a profits crossing $23k on a monthly level.- Assisted in launching Lahore and Multan as supporting cities in addition to Faisalabad and Karachi adding $300k worth of business to diversify capital deployment and tap further lucrative transactions.- To solve for working capital, launched the Fabrics vertical in the value chain to support ledger net-offs.- Assisted the HR team for building incentive structures for the business teams nationally to match a fastgrowing P&L annual forecast.

- Built IM and Safe agreements for investors along with entire financial due diligence of fund raising with Zayn Capital and Tiger Global.- Launched Faisalabad for Textile and set up complete business operations in the city which is now the highest grossing region in the portfolio covering over 45% of the business revenue.- Built quarterly execution plans for acquisitions and forecasting models for P&L achieving targets every month.

- Built a dynamic and fully functional Financial Model for Unity Foods Limited for business decision making and valuation purposes. Resulting in a green signal for expansion projects in Kotri adding an estimated additional value of PKR 1.9 billion to the firm and cutting down on transport costs of over PKR 200 million per annum.- Contributed towards the due diligence process for Pakistan Reinsurance Company in the SPO process worth over PKR 40 million.

The League Intern Recruitment Program- Conducted KYC and AML procedures for corporate clients like Shahnawaz Motors, Allied Group and Manhattan Group.- Contributed towards LC opening along with building a Credit Memorandum for Shahnawaz Motors and lead Provident Fund account opening for Allied Group.- Built a Financial Cashflow Statement forecasting model for Manhattan Group.
