Additionally, created a roadmap for the revalidation of sales channels across the country, ensuring alignment with the new classification.To maintain quality control, developed a process for validating channels through the SalesFlo app, ensuring the guidelines were properly implemented. Identified opportunities for channel modifications using sales data, highlighting areas where changes could drive profitability.
