Responsible for ensure quality tea production at every stage of manufacturing process of the 1.5 million Kgs Tea factoryMaintain advance Technology of Tea Industry equipment like Continuous Withering System(CWS) to keep Green leaf & ensure its proper weathering by adjusting time & temperature.Assist the factory manager in overseeing daily factory operations ensuring Ball meter to note good leaf percentage ,roller sharpening register, sorting & grading. Coordinate and direct staff regarding the activities that need to be performed in the absence of the factory managerMonitor the buying and quality of materials used in production to give maximum outputMake optimum use of the equipment and available manpower to ensure better productivityEnsure that work gets done within the stipulated budget while maintaining quality standards and ensuring timely delivery.Maintain, compile, store and retrieve any data and information related to productionEnsure that all the safety and precautionary measures are adhered to in accordance with company rules and regulations.Revise schedules in case of absence of employees or in case of failure of production equipment.Review production, quality, operations and cost minimization Supervision of all factory works through task realization in order to meet production targetsEnsure smooth operations of all electro-mechanical machineriesCarry out and supervise regular and periodic maintenance of CTC feeding,roller setup, check Goggie to ensure proper size, humidifier maintaining to ensure Ideal temperature for tea, Dryer Temperature, liquor test.Ensure generation, operation and supply of electricity/power without disruption in productionMaintain factory temparature, adjust CFM time with the moisture of green leaf and ensure energy efficiency, hygiene, safety and security of the factoryLiaise and arrange for any requisitions necessary for smooth factory operationsPerforming any other tasks assigned by the Manager.
