Responsible to lead a team of Engineers on 24/7 smooth operation of Ultra-Pure Water Plant / Waste Water Treatment Plant system and Water Reclaim Plant. • Involved in Installation and commissioning of New HF Waste Treatment Plant & Waste Water Reclaim Plant System• Review (RA) Risk Assessment & Method Statement for Facilities Permit to Work Approval process. • Review day to day Activities and Complaints from Fab Operation and building Facilities and arrange to rectify immediately to minimize the production down time. • Review the Preventive Maintenance schedule, Manage group of Engineers, Snr AE, and AE, on Facilities Plant Periodical inspection and Maintenance works including troubleshooting, Preventive, Predictive, Corrective, Breakdown and Ad-hoc maintenance. Ensure that all Facilities systems are operating with minimum downtime and zero incidents (No excursions). • Budget forecast, review and tracking for cost control on Expenses and Utilities that include of consumables parts and service contracts. • Chair weekly meeting to tracking outstanding PM, tracking deferment PM, and manage manpower mobilization etc. • To coordinate with Supply Management Organization on renewal of contracts and reduce cost• To plan and coordinate with vendors, arrange staff manpower on planned plant shut down activities. • Oversee upkeep and maintenance of spare parts, inventory audit and reduce inventory cost. • Coordinating with National Environmental Agency (NEA) for Trade Effluent Discharge records for National Regulatory audit. • To verify SPC Trend charts and Annotate in SPACE system on daily basis and revise Control Limits (UCL /LCL). • Representation and liaising with auditors for EHS/QRA on regulatory compliance such as ISO 14001, QS 9000, OHSAS 18001, TS 16949, customer audits etc. • To prepare and update Standing Instruction & Escalation Procedures. • Study and implement cost-saving projects and Engineering improvement projects

• Provide engineering support for Project management, System installations and capacity upgrading, Day to day Facility Operations troubleshooting / problem solving on UPW systems, WWTP / CMP-Back Grind Reclaim system, UPW Reclaim system, Drains and Wet Stations and Process / Domestic water systems.• Responsible on smooth operation of UPW / WWTP system, and to ensure housekeeping and Safety regulations are complied with EHS/ENV guidelines.• Active Member in Safety Committee representing Facilities in (EHS) ISEP department (Industrial Safety & Environmental Protection)• Provide training for Facility Shift Operation personnel for existing systems and new systems.
