Zairul is a co-founder of Accordia Training & Development. He is a unique individual who has a wide range of experience and skills. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Massey University, New Zealand. Majoring in Psychology and Sociology. Zairul is a Master Clinical Hypnotherapist, and his practice is recognized under the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC) UK. Zairul is a certified trainer by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Bhd. His unique humorous style of training and motivation has captured the attention of many organizations. This talent has brought him, into the training room, facilitating or motivating, and even into corporate events as a master of ceremony. Zairul is also an co-author of a book entitled ‘What team?” which will be release by June 2015.
