As the Marketing Manager for The Wonder Agency, I was responsible for ensuring that the marketing aims of our clients were implemented effectively and on time.I implemented a variety of tasks in the role including;- Creating content for a number of clients across various industries including content for ‘service’ pages, product listings, blogs and social media posts.- Ensuring our clients' websites were optimised for search engines through implementing a wide range of SEO tactics and best practices.- Managing clients’ paid media accounts and creating campaigns that improved visibility and increased profits (Google, Microsoft, Meta & Linkedin)- Worked with the team to suggest improvements to our clients’ websites to improve their customer’s experience. (Wordpress, Shopify)- Creating and implementing marketing campaign ideas.- Creating video content (shooting & editing) for various clients and formats.- Creating monthly performance reports for clients utilising Google Analytics, Search Console, Shopify Analytics and data from various paid media providers.- Booking time resource on various members of the team, ensuring that time was allocated on the correct days to complete deadlines within the assigned retainer.- Proofreading and reviewing work from other members of the team and providing feedback to ensure our clients received quality work.- Client management through emails and phone calls and feeding information through to our team and vice versa.- Creating new processes for our team to follow internally. This included an SEO audit process and document that helped us to win new clients and a process for analysing paid media account performance before proposing budget changes.

- My job was to identify what companies were in need of video in all facets of their business and help them achieve that. - I worked with the client throughout the pre production process as we determined together what they wanted to achieve from the video, what content they required and how they wanted to market it etc.- I continued working with the client throughout the whole process ensuring that the finished product is what they required- I maintained the relationship beyond the completion of the video, which allowed the possibility of us producing further videos for them in the future.

- To visit people's home's and offer them energy solutions and information on how to save money on their energy bills.- If they wanted to switch their energy suppliers to Scottish Power I would give them all the information required and begin the process for them.- Planned my routes, to ensure that I reached everyone that I needed to.

- Waited on tables inside the restaurant and ensured each guest had an enjoyable experience.- Worked as the host on a few occasions where I would have to ensure, that the restaurant was running smoothly in terms of it's tables and when they needed to be vacated by.- Worked behind the bar intermittently.- Trained new staff
