I am an instructional designer. Throughout my career, I have been committed to making training more engaging and creative by thinking outside the box. I have the unique ability to see problems and how to solve them in a corporate environment. I have proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360 and Learning Management Systems such as Canvas, Litmos and Docebo.Some of my results include:- I completed and took ownership of 5 training projects using ADDIE and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts that reached 7,000 employees and managers company-wide.- I coordinated with the instructional design team to create 5 engaging training courses using Articulate Storyline 360 that received many positive reviews from upper-management and that reached over 1,000 employees.- I designed and developed 6 online simulations regarding product procedures and process changes that became part of the company’s official online training.- I created a Canvas LMS template training video series through script writing, filming and audio work, which was displayed on Utah State University's website for 2 years (it's also displayed on my portfolio website).My drive is to see others succeed through my leadership and training.
