Managing the workforce of a Squadron from the most deployed Regiment in the British Army. I deployed to Oman as the chief Operations Officer on Operation CATTALO, ensuring the successful recovery of soldiers and equipment from operations in Afghanistan. Assuming command of all Land Forces, I was tasked with the administration and well-being of over 100 soldiers.Subsequently responsible as the operations lead for the enablement group of Exercise CERBERUS 22. Actively engaging with third party stakeholders and contractors within other nations to ensure the smooth running of the Exercise. Further planning saw me draft and publish complex orders and staff work in a timely manner, allowing my subordinates time to enact their own mission analysis and planning. I oversaw the control and movements of over 150 specialist vehicles and 2000 soldiers from the UK to Europe via serval means including commercial engagement.

    Commanded a troop of 50 soldiers. Responsible for fleet management of specialist vehicles and the running of a live account through Logistics Information Systems. The role consisted of the following highlights:Planned, controlled and facilitated a Regimental level exercise (~ 200 soldiers, 50 vehicles) testing the ability of our vehicle fleet and soldiers to deploy at short notice over large distances.
