Spectrum Bridge delivers high quality, affordable wireless broadband service to the developing world through a solution that moves the intelligence of delivering wireless broadband and managing a network to the cloud, ensuring high quality service is delivered at a low cost.Part of development team that built and deployed a Customer Management System used to manage a WIFI Internet Service Provider’s business in the Azure Cloud. The software was developed for a company called Konacom. Konacom’s mission is to deliver high speed internet services to parts of the world that it has not been available before. Konacom’s initial deployment for this technology is to provide high speed WIFI internet service to Central Mexico. The goal after the initial deployment for Konacom is to market the solution to other WIFI Internet Services Providers. The Customer Management System provides a solution for the cloud to manage: equipment inventory; employee/customer installation schedules; networking management, monitoring and troubleshooting; customer service, support tickets and customer billing.In my role I developed new web applications as well as refactored existing web applications for the Customer Management System. -Developed Web Applications deployed in Microsoft Azure using Microsoft's ASP.NET framework using the MVC architecture with C# and other front-end and back-end technologies.-Used Functions and Logic Apps in Microsoft Azure to enable serverless workloads and to easily switch between third party service providers without interruption.-Managing Cloud resources like Web Apps, Databases, NoSQL storage, and Azure WebJobs-Integrated APIs used to monitor an Internet network in Mexico into a Web Application.-Communicating with a RADIUS server API from a Web Application to control end user access to Internet Networks.-Experience with geocoding and interactive maps. -Familiar with testing frameworks Moq and xUnit to implement the Test-Driven Design pattern (TDD).
