-Helped reopen the tasting room after the Covid-19 lockdown.-Managed quarterly Spirits club and helped grow the club to over 400 members.-Educated industry professionals and general consumers on the Spirit Works brand and the basics of Spirits products.-Trained new tasting room associates on the Spirit Works brand and the finer points of leading spirits tastings.

-Educated professionals and laypersons about the oldest craft distillery in US, relating the basics of fermentation and distillation, as well as US law on how spirits are classified.-Oversaw day to day operations of the tasting room (inventory, staffing, payroll, running the front desk as needed)-Coordinated with upper Management and Sales Team to plan and host trade partners and VIPs for educational private events.-Led educational distillery tours for the public.

-Taught guests about the basics of fermentation, distillation, and different classifications of spirits in conjunction with US law.-Educated people about our products, history, and ethos of the company.-Provided guests with many examples of ways they can enjoy the spirits, whether neat, in mixed drinks, or paired with food.-Led tours of the distillery space, showing guests the full extent of operations.

-Helped manage a major staff transition, menu overhaul, and complete remodel of bar and restaurant space. -Helped run the bar team and plan cocktail recipes and specials.-Created a more streamlined bar setup, and a bartender bible of classic cocktail recipes for all bartenders to follow.-Assisted with managing inventory and liquor orders.-Prepared syrups and other cocktail ingredients.

Bartender-Contributed various high-selling cocktail recipes to the menu.-Helped curate a diverse selection of over 200 different spirits and over a dozen beers and wines.-Worked with a team of very creative and dedicated individuals to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience.-Helped bar manager with various day-to-day bar operations (eg. ordering produce, managing inventory, organizing our spirits selection, preparing cocktail ingredients, etc.)Barback-Kept the bar stocked with cocktail ingredients, garnishes, glassware, liquor, etc.-Helped break down the bar at the end of the night.-Prepared fresh juices, syrups, and other cocktail ingredients.

-Promoted to the primary site administrator for the DT CARE Community.-Helped grow site to over 19,000 users from over 500 hotels worldwide.-Daily contact with top Brand Hospitality Managers at Hilton Worldwide.-Published announcements and hotel openings on behalf of the brand team.-Curated the best stories, photos, and videos from the community to feature in brand communications.

-Supported the Community Manager for the Hilton H360 Community Website. -Point of contact for technological issues and support for moderating and publishing user content.-Assisted other teams as needed.

-Helped implement a first-of-its-kind teacher training in Cultural Intelligence for one of the most highly-regarded primary education schools in Singapore. -Helped facilitate lessons for 30 teachers using the schoology learning platform, coordinating with San Francisco and Singapore teams. -Recorded and archived each training session for professor/partners at Nanyang Technological University. -Learned and adapted to cultural and business norms in order to interact with a diverse population and ensure things ran smoothly.

-Student-elected Director of 300-member marching band at UC Davis, run by 12 students under supervision of a Faculty Director. -Planned and led rehearsals, and directed the band during full dress and community performances.-Worked with the Drum Major to plan full dress shows and lead marching practices.-Helped inspire enthusiasm and high energy among a diverse group of students at varying skill levels. -Worked with other student officers to vote on gigs and policy decisions, find creative solutions to problems that arose, and oversee band member code of conduct in compliance with university policy. -Played Alto Sax in band prior to being elected Director.
