Working as part of the Delegated Authorities and Management Risk team I am the first line of contact for both brokers within Tysers and Coverholders on a worldwide basis. The main aspect of my role is to provide support for my book of accounts keeping a good rapport with Brokers, Underwriters and Coverholders.This support comes in many forms but the majority of my time is taken up with dealing with Coverholder queries; other duties would include:- Creating of Endorsement and Renewal documents paying extra care with any potential changes to wordings or taxes through the use of LWR and Crystal with the final step of processing it through DCOM.- Checking and processing of Bordereau with the use of several different systems such as Impact, Brokasure and DDM.- Checking and submission of accounts to Xchanging both through an A&S system and manual uploads, replying to any queries withing 48 hours.- Creating of statistical reports such as brokerage for accounts and Profit Commission calculations.The main territories I deal with would be Europe, North America and Australia this gives me a well rounded exposure of both EEA and Non-EEA risks as well as different types of tax.I have recently taken on the role of our DA Analytics manager regarding DDM usage, problem solving and knowledge base within Tysers. It is my responsibility to understand how DDM works and interprets data to better understand how to overcome any problems internal or external clients face. This involves constant contact with Underwriters, LIMOSS and internal teams. I attend a monthly market user group meeting being the face and voice of Tysers with in the market on this subject providing feedback and suggestions that affect the wider market.

Working as part of the Delegated Authorities and Professional Risks team using Millers OpenTwins system I am responsible for daily premium processing of Open Market , Facility and Direct Risks which would include checking documentation and forwarding queries onto relevant departments.I also have exposure with communicating with clients after documentation issue being able to answer and assist with any queries they may have.My Professional Risks exposure consists of:Motor FleetMedical Malpractice Directors and SolicitorsThe main territories I have exposure to in this role would be North America, Canada, UK and Europe.

Working as part of the Worldwide property, Terrorism and Global property market team I am responsible for the day to day premium processing and management of accounts that are provided to me, using intuition and a proactive approach to my work enables me to meet and exceed the deadlines given to me.I am also responsible for the correct calculations of premiums making sure the client receives what is as expected and providing feedback to the brokers if I encounter something that is incorrect. I have a front line relationship with Xchanging and it is my role to provide all the required information to them while making sure any queries they may have are answered promptly and resolved within their 48-hour deadline.

My role was within the Europe and Latin America property team within Munich Re London, I provided support for the whole of my team from underwriters to management through the analysis of a variety of risks, helping the underwriters decision based on data found through research and information provided such as engineering reports, building plans and photographs. Other duties: Catastrophe model risks using internal natural catastrophe maps and homogenous data, Provide written summaries of risks to give to the underwriter, Premium calculations, Broker Interactions via face to face and electronic communication, Analysis of potential contingent damages, Attending Lloyd’s and other market specific lectures
