In early 2020, as difficult as the quarantine situation might have been, it was still a big wake up call for me to seriously follow my passion in filmmaking. I've always been a big fan of global cinema. I probably watched more than 400 films, and those are just the ones that I still remember. From old VHS tapes that I watched as a kid all the way to the recent Blu-Ray and web-streaming services, technologies changed but the image remained a powerful device to tell stories that words couldn't. That is why I took it upon myself to enroll in several online courses and to delve deeply into all the aspects and techniques that this industry entails. 1 and a half years later, I managed to learn a great deal about cinematography, visual storytelling, motion graphics, visual effects and effective emotional and psychological communication. I am constantly learning and eager more than ever to work on short films, commercials or documentaries and collaborate with people who share the same passion. Feel free to reach out to me.

During my experience with Oum Ltd, I had the pleasure of meeting with some wonderful people from all over the world. Our core missions revolved around empowering indigenous Berber women, rescuing street cats through our Cats of Chaouen initiative, and to organize healing sessions for people with traumatic experiences. • During my time there, I served as a Media Director, which included: • Filming mini-documentaries and b-roll • Conducting interviews and filming these testimonies (framing, lighting, sound recording) • Location scouting • Dealing with logistics • Video Editing • Color correction and grading • Motion Graphics • Sound effects and mixing • Translation work on several documentaries • Transcription, subtitling and synchronization from and to (Arabic, English and French) • Voice-over • Web development • Admin work and managing our presence on social media across Facebook, Instagram and Youtube • Conception of several trailers and promo videos • Presentational work alongside the rest of the Oum members

As a Senior Quality Analyst, my job entailed a diverse range of tasks, but some of the key roles that I occupied include:• Preparing detailed qualitative and quantitative data related to the product on a weekly basis, along with action plans, statistics and diagnostics.• Monitoring the progress and performance of agents on a day-to-day basis.• Highlighting outliers and creating action plans to solve the issues at hand.• Doing 1 to 1 sessions with agents to strengthen their grasp over the market procedures and maximize information retention.• Coordinating with cross-site teams to exchange expertise and enhance the overall performance.• Performing collective and individual training sessions and refreshers whenever there are product updates.• Preparing quizzes and tests to assess understanding.★ (voluntary) Creating weekly games, activities and yoga sessions to increase wellness and reduce stress★ (voluntary) collaborating in events, competitions, holiday preparations and excursions

I had the absolute honor of doing an internship as an English Professor at the prestigious Moulay Youssef Highschool. My students were a group of talented and bright minds between the ages of 15 and 17 during which we learned a great deal from each other and we developed our communication skills considerably!

During two summer vacations, I had the privilege to work alongside the CCCL and a group of American students to conduct their research in Morocco.Some of the tasks that I completed during this Internship: • Group discussions regarding several topics (Gender Rights, Intercultural Dialogue, Linguistics etc) • Participating in excursions around the city of Rabat • Conducting interviews and performing translation/interpretation on the field • Proofreading the research paper drafts that the American collaborators worked on
