• Preparing detailed qualitative and quantitative data related to the product on a weekly basis, along with action plans, statistics and diagnostics.
• Monitoring the progress and performance of agents on a day-to-day basis.

• Doing 1 to 1 sessions with agents to strengthen their grasp over the market procedures and maximize information retention.
