I was working in dynamic environment, often changing tasks between larger long term projects and small ones, to manage time in the most efficient way. Having a lot of experience with 3D Studio and its errors I often helped others deal with technical problems and difficulties. As the office grew, I also became responsible for training new artists into 3d Max, Vray and showing them good practices in modelling, rendering and work flow.
