My role in a nutshell: I keep the clinics busy with new and returning clients. Managing EF Medispa’s Group websites which include efmedispa.com, efskin.com & ef-futurehealth.comOn the flip side, managing the e-commerce side of the business (skincare products)Multiple ways to get the attention of our future clients, SEO for the long game which works out perfectly as the brand is 15 years old. PPC as when optimised and balanced correctly is a win-win.Weekly emails, loyalty programmes etc. Whatever is done is monitored and tracked for ROI.I have recently developed the new EF SKIN platform on Shopify, which sells high-end luxury skincare. The growth of products being sold has improved month-on-month.Due to my content writing background, I also write most of EF MEDISPA's Groups content to ensure it meets high editorial standards.As I've said in my previous posts. I love data. All the answers are in the data. So, I regularly analyse the data to track consumer behaviour. This helps to engage current/new clients & makes my job a lot easier.

The world has changed; an advert on Facebook will outdo a TV ad in terms of ROI.My job here is to ensure I reach as many people as possible in the property market or those thinking about entering the market. This is from a customer standpoint and consumer, which means developing creative content to engage people on different digital marketing channels.Work some PPC magic and a bit of SEO alongside my colleagues and external agencies. Since we are the 'new kids on the block' my job is to keep engaging potential estate agents or property searches until we have their loyalty.I might just be another digital marketing 'expert' there's plenty of us around these days. Taking charge of 3 social media assistance, helping them with direction and setting weekly performance meetings.Taking charge of the system ensuring estate agents were on our system with the correct details, finishing up with a follow-up call to ensure new agents understand the interface to upload/find their leads.Visiting agents face to face to get feedback on site, continually improving the site with developers to ensure business and customers are happy.

The founder of the company recognised I do not do normal digital marketing, I think of viral marketing strategies.
